CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Payment is due 14 days from date of invoice.

2. Interest will be charged at 10% pa. on overdue accounts from due date until date of payment.

3. All goods are offered to the customer who accepts the responsibility to ensure that prior to ordering, the goods are of a type suitable for the customers process and purpose. Information supplied is given in good faith and based on knowledge or data considered to be true at the time and is for the customers consideration, but no warranty condition description or representation is expressed or is implied as to the state quality or fitness of the goods for the customers use as the use is outside the control of the seller.

4. No warranty or responsibility is accepted by the seller to ensure that goods produced comply with the requirements of any legislation relating to the marking and/or labeling and/or packaging of goods. Compliance with the requirements of such legislation shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Every endeavor will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered, but goods produced, manufactured, or otherwise obtained specially for the customers orders, may unless otherwise advised in writing by the seller, have a variance of 10% from the ordered quantity. Such overs shall be delivered and charged and any shortages deducted and the order considered complete.

6. Proofs, alterations, corrections or changes to any work made or requested by the customer which involve additional expense to the seller will be charged to the customer and the seller shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer.

7. Where the customer supplies materials, or specifies that particular materials be used which are not those normally used or recommended by the seller, the customer accepts full responsibility for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability of such materials.

8. In the event of suspension of or cancellation of the order by the customer for whatever reason, the customer shall pay the seller for costs as determined by the seller, in producing or obtaining materials, goods, and labour for all work done up to and including the date the suspension of or cancellation of the order was received in writing by the seller.

9. Any fault due to bad workmanship or material is to be notified in writing to the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods and if proven returned to the seller, the seller may at its own discretion repair replace or credit the faulty goods in part or in full. There shall be no other claim by the customer whatsoever which may arise either from the customer or any person through the customer arising from any defect in the goods hereby agreed to be sold.

10. No claim shall be made by the customer or recognised by the seller in respect to goods which have not been stored or handled in accordance with the sellers recommendations, or for faulty goods returned in a condition which renders the goods unable to be repaired or otherwise recovered.

11. Quotations, prices or offers may be withdrawn or altered at anytime prior to be accepted in writing, and unless so withdrawn are open for acceptance for a period of 14 days from the date hereof unless extended by the seller, if the customer accepts the sellers quotation, prices or offer a binding contract then comes into existence, the contract cannot be modified, or canceled except with the sellers written consent.

12. The seller shall not be liable for any failure to deliver at any agreed time or at all in the event of war, civil commotion, governmental action, fire, flood, act of god or enemies of Australia, strikes, lockouts, breakdown, accident, shortages of materials or in other similar or dissimilar contingency beyond the sellers control interfering with procurement of materials or with delivery or acceptance of goods.

13. The title for goods subject to this agreement or any other goods sold at anytime by the seller to the customer shall remain with the seller until all moneys due to the seller for any reason have been paid.

14. The sellers Conditions Of Sale shall at all times take precedence and be accepted over any conflict disagreement or interpretations of any Conditions of Purchase by the customer unless so agreed to and advised in writing by the seller.
